Which one stood out for you guys most? Tweet @ocdfactsandfindings so I can take a look at your faves! The one that stood out for me most was number 15, “Depression is like a bruise that never goes away. A bruise in your mind. You just got to be careful not to touch it where it hurts. It’s always there, though.” – Jeffrey Eugenides, The Marriage Plot Anxiety BC states, "Google searches for 'anxiety' have tripled in the past 5 years in the United Kingdom."
What do you think about this? Good or bad? "How You make others feel about themselves says a lot about you."

http://time.com/3834499/yoga-elderly-depression/ Sorry everyone that I haven't posted in a while! I would love to know what people around you been doing to raise awareness this week especially for mental health? Rockridge Secondary school has put up two whiteboards with post-it notes with encouraging quotes, song lyrics, happy words, etc. Being almost the end of the week the boards are almost FULL! This pic that I took was taken on Monday morning! Tweet what you have seen done to raise awareness this week and make sure to mention me @ocdfactsandfind in your tweet! :)
