I find Erin's story amazing and she tells from her experience with OCD and what her compulsions were... #stopthestigma 2 out of three mental illness cases suffer in silence and we wonder why? Telling someone with OCD or let alone any mental illness to "snap out of it" does not help anyone. Think before you speak, and try to see from their point of view.

Depression in some cases walks hand in hand with obsessive compulsive disorder. Lets change this, talk to someone if you feel lonely. All mental illnesses are related in some way including eating disorders and OCD.
